The Master of Arts Administrative Science (MAS) program is an interdisciplinary program designed for individuals seeking employment or advancement to leadership positions in public service organizations  including federal, state and local government, non-profit agencies, law enforcement, and public or private colleges and universities.  This program offers students a great opportunity to network with others from a variety of fields and backgrounds.

The Administrative Science program produces value for the region, state and society by preparing highly-qualified and skilled public administrators who contribute to the betterment of a culturally diverse workplace and by providing intellectual and experiential opportunities that enrich the lives of people.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM CHARACTERISTICS: 

Workplace Conflict Resolution Certificate can be earned by successfully completing four specified courses in the MAS curriculum.

Monica Sciba and studentA University and College Student Affairs Administration Track is also available providing students with both academic and applied backgrounds in the administration of university or college student affairs.
