FERPA is to protect the privacy of student education records, to establish the right of a student to inspect and review their educational records, and the right of students to have some control over the disclosure of information from their records. Students who make schedule adjustments resulting in a credit hour load reduction or complete withdrawal from the University may be eligible to receive a refund of tuition and fees. All students who receive federal, state and institutional financial aid must meet all requirements of the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy. Students must also review their promissory note for any loans that they receive.
