Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

FERPA is to protect the privacy of student education records, to establish the right of a student to inspect and review their educational records, and the right of students to have some control over the disclosure of information from their records. Refund Policy

Students who make schedule adjustments resulting in a credit hour load reduction or complete withdrawal from the University may be eligible to receive a refund of tuition and fees. Total Withdrawal from Classes/Return of Title IV/Students Who Receive All F Grades

Students who totally withdraw from classes or receive all F grades in any semester may be required to return federal funds for that semester.
