Consortia Opportunities

Midwest Consortium for Study Abroad (MCSA)

The MCSA is a consortium often colleges and universities in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia, initiated by the common desire to expand study abroad opportunities for their students. MCSA offers undergraduate liberal arts programs in Vienna, Austria, Macerata,Italy, and Segovia, Spain. Each member institution provides students and faculty for the programs, and is represented at the fall and spring meetings of the Consortium. Each spring, MCSA determines the program sites, academic semesters, and general curricular areas for faculty applicants. At the fall meeting, the consortium members select the faculty and courses for the following academic year, keeping in mind the need for curricular balance at each program site.
