Our on-site dining preparation facilities allow us to offer many choices of meat or vegetable main courses and side dishes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served, buffet style, or visit our cafe to customize the day to fit your event needs. We can also work with you to meet special dietary needs. Banquet rooms in Curtiss Hall can seat up to 600 people.
