To reserve a room anywhere on campus, the following form must be completed and delivered to the Conference & Events Center by:
Once the reservation has been booked, you will receive a confirmation notice from the Conference & Events Center. Any changes that need to be made to this confirmation should be made in writing.
The Conference & Events Center will handle all aspects of scheduling space including food and beverage service and room arrangements.
