Audio/Visual Services

A full service audio/visual media department is maintained in Curtiss Hall. This enables us to support extensive audio/visual and technical needs for conferences, meetings and special events across campus.  Conference and Events at Saginaw Valley State University is proud to offer a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) who is available to help deliver general technology solution tasks by creating, operating and servicing AV solutions, while conducting AV management activities which provide for the best audiovisual resolutions of the  client's needs, both on time and within budget.

Please note the following when making arrangements for use of equipment

  • We require that audio/visual requests be specified at least ten working days prior to your function.
  • The Conference & Events Center reserves the right to determine extra and unusual technical support charges.
