Saginaw Valley State University will welcome one of its graduates to share her compelling personal story as part of Black History Month events.
Marylin E. Atkins rose to become a respected judge, but not before battling adversity much of her life. She recently published her own autobiography, detailing various trials and triumphs that she encountered throughout her inspiring life journey. Her talk will lead us on a journey through her life. A book signing will follow the presentation. The event is free of charge and open to the public.
