Student Responsibilities
- Register with the Disability Services office by bringing in accurate and current documentation and schedule an in-take interview.
- Turn in class schedule with requested accommodations at least three weeks before classes begin.
- Meet with professors and discuss accommodations no later than the first week of class.
- If testing in the Disability Services office, bring in syllabus the first two weeks of class and schedule tests/exams for the entire semester.
- Notify the office if accommodations are not received or are not adequate.
