Student Responsibilities

Pick up copy of Letter of Eligibility and deliver to professors to discuss how to receive services.  It is suggested to meet the first week of class, during the professor's office hours.

If testing in the Disability Services office, bring in syllabus the first two weeks of class and schedule tests/exams for the entire semester.

Notify the office if auxiliary aids and services are not received or are not adequate.
