With the new AIM system all request, changes and processes are made in online in this confidential program.
We wish you the best of luck in your studies and will continue to support your accommodations needed. A few notes before you return;
Please assure that information, especially your contact information is up to date in the AIM’s system. This is our main method of communication with you. We have included complete instructions for using the AIM’s system below. Please save!
Make sure that if we have requested or your approval has expired, that you make an appointment to see me as soon as possible to update your accommodations. If your “Overview” indicates that your services have expired, contact the DS office to set up an update meeting.
Bring any updated documentation with you.
Be sure to print your accommodations letters in advance and meet with your instructors prior to the first day of class. You will have access to your Faculty Notification Letter ONE week prior to the beginning of the semester.
You will need to select your accommodations for EACH semester, EACH class.
All tests need to be scheduled AHEAD of time, NO LESS THAN 7 Business Days.
