All student-athletes who are in-season will be limited to 20 hours per week (with no more than 4 hours per day) of Countable Athletically Related Activities. One day off from CARA must be given per week.
All student-athletes who are in the non-championship season will be limited to 8 hours per week of Countable Athletically Related Activities with no more than 2 hours of individual skill instruction. Two days off from CARA must be given per week.
