Sign up now for the upcoming session this fall of October 6, November 10, and December 8 at Automation Alley (2675 Bellingham Drive, Troy, MI 48083). Grant money is available from Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to cover 50% of the registration fee, lowering the fee to $1250 for qualifying companies. We will refer interested companies to MEDC for grant application processing.
ExporTech™ is deployed by local MEP centers and the U.S. Export Assistance Centers of the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as other regional partners such as District Export Councils, state trade offices and other federal, state, and local organizations. SVSU's College of Business and Management is home to the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center - Northeast (MMTC-NE), the state's Manufacturing Extension Partnership office, offering expertise in the area of International Business. SVSU offers ExporTech™ programming through MMTC and research assistance through the faculty, staff and students of the College. International Business students provide the essential research to support the export plans of the participating companies as part of an International Business course.
