Police requesting information for incident at First Year Suites
September 17, 2007 —
Saturday, Sept. 1
- Disorderly subject at the football field. The individual was escorted out of the football game for loud profanity.
Thursday, Sept. 6
- Party reported in University Village. No MIPs were issued. Six individuals were given NTAs.
- Suspicious subject reported in Curtiss Hall.
Friday, Sept. 7
- Police requesting information regarding incident that occurred in First Year Suites. Following an alleged fight at Shooters, an individual was transported back to SVSU. An ambulance was called for the individual, however police were not contacted. Anyone with information should contact University Police in order to clarify the situation.
- Medical assistance. Student had an allergic reaction to peanuts in the RFoC. The allergy was known, but the point of contact with the allergen is unknown.
- Disorderly conduct reported in the Student Life Center.
- Property damage accident. An individual hit the bridge behind South Complex with a ToroTwister.
- Campus facilities employee reported harassment from employer and other employees.
Saturday, Sept. 8
- Individual arrested for driving while license was suspended. The original stop was made for disregarded stop sign.
- Fire alarm in University Village after individual burned food.
- Felonious assault in First Year Suites. A fight with possible knife involvement was reported. The incident is under further investigation.
Sunday, Sept. 9
- Burglary in Living Center South. An Ipod was taken.
- Larceny in Living Center South. A debit card was taken.
Monday, Sept. 10
- Individuals reported disturbing of the peace. Suspect allegedly urinated on chairs of campus facilities employees.
- Personal injury. Individual twisted knee while getting off the bus in R-lot.
Tuesday, Sept. 11
- Personal injury. Individual fell and twisted their ankle in Brown Hall.
- Larceny in Science East classroom. Money was taken.
- Civil damage to laptop computer in First Year Suites. Individual used roommate's laptop without permission. Upon discovery, the two physically argued over the computer, spilling liquid on it in the process.
Wednesday, Sept. 12
- Suspicious vehicle reported in E-lot. Upon investigation, the individual was cited and released for driving while license was suspended.
- Harassment over telephone. Individual reported that another threatened to damage their car.
Thursday, Sept. 13
- Medical assist in Curtiss Hall. Individual reported that they were choking. An ambulance was called.
- Hit and run vehicle accident in J-1 lot.
