Entrepreneurship Minor

What is Entrepreneurship?  It is the act of organizing, managing, and assuming the risk of a business.

Career Opportunities

Entrepreneurs want to work for themselves.  Regardless of the type of business chosen, this program will give you the skills you need to start your own business.

Objectives of the Minor

  1. The student will be able to write a business plan
  2. The student will be able to identify and define the significant issues related to  entrepreneurship.

The entrepreneurship minor is open to all SVSU students.  Students are required to take a total of 18 credits hours as listed below.

*B.B.A. students may substitute the B.B.A. core finance and accounting requirements for the required accounting and finance courses.
