BEST Goals:

• Enhancing students' business education through relevant, interactive, and experiential activities.
• Promoting and developing leadership skills. social responsibility, diversity and understanding the effective management of ethical issues in a global context.
• Mentoring and providing students with personal attention.

BEST Activities Include:

• First Year Campus Training Program- First Year BEST Students participate in a campus training program that includes mentorship, career planning, and access to premier business related events.
• Experiential Learning Activities- BEST Students also participate in Experiential Learning Activities.  In the first phase, members of the College of Business Faculty present on a current business related topic.  In the second phase, students participate in a site visit relating to the topic.  The third phase of the activity includes reflection the site visit.

First Year Campus Training Program:

First year BEST students will successfully complete a BEST Campus Training Program. The program will be self directed. Activities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Career Planning
• Mentorship
• Attending Business Events
