Requirements for Admission

Students must apply and be accepted into the College of Business and Management prior to enrollment in 300-400 level business courses. Admission decisions ordinarily are made within one week and applicants are notified by mail of the actions taken by the Undergraduate Business Program Coordinator.

Business Cognate Courses
Three of the four following business cognate courses must be satisfactorily completed prior to admission to the College of Business and Management. Please indicate the grade you received for each of the cognate courses listed below. If you are currently enrolled in a course, indicate by checking the "pending" option.

Core Business Courses
Four of the six following business courses must be satisfactorily completed prior to admission to the College of Business and Management. Demonstrate Competency in writing and mathematics. Ordinarily, satisfactory evidence of these two competencies will be demonstrated by successful completion (grade of "C" or better) of ENGL 111 and ENGL 112 (for writing) and MATH 120B (for mathematics). Applicants seeking to waive these courses by examination must contact the Academic Advisement Center.
A minimum 2.25 cumulative grade point average is required for admission.
