Attendance Policy - Participants are expected to attend all classes to receive Certificate of Completion from SVSU & SHRM, with no absences permitted to receive the HRCI re-certification hours.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be in writing or email.  Those who cancel two weeks before the program starts will receive a full refund.  Those who cancel between one and two weeks before the program starts will receive a 50% refund.  Those who cancel less than one week or at the start of the program will receive no refund.

Schedule Changes and Cancellations - Although we make every effort to maintain the published schedule for classes, insufficient enrollment and other unforeseen occurrences may require a schedule change or cancellation.  We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.
