The Supervisory/Management Leader Program is an intensive 2-day training experience in which participants are immersed in each topic with a variety of learning experiences, including role plays, and simulations. The instructor’s pace is fast moving, interesting, and motivational. Participants become skilled at communicating effectively, coaching, and handling difficult people, situations and much more.

This course is offered in a classroom setting and consists of two days of training. This class generally runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. This class can also be scheduled off-site for work teams or company retreats and can be tailored for your schedule or group.
