Course Description:
Managers and supervisors have a dramatic impact on employee performance and behavior. Learn to lead effectively, protecting your organization’s interests and maximizing the contributions of your team. This program will be an excellent tool to train and enhance the skills necessary for success. It is well received by employees because it’s interesting, challenging to the mind, and to the point. This complete training system will engage your managers, supervisors, and team leaders while teaching them practical skills that they can immediately apply.
The Supervisory/Management Leader Workshop is an intensive 2-day training experience in which participants are immersed in each topic with a variety of learning experiences, including role plays, and simulations. The instructor’s pace is fast moving, interesting, and motivational. Participants become skilled at communicating effectively, coaching, and handling difficult people, situations and much more.

Class Delivery:
This course is offered in a classroom setting and consists of two days of training. This class generally runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. This class can also be scheduled off-site for work teams or company retreats and can be tailored for your schedule or group.
Who Should Attend:
This program is designed to benefit one’s leadership skills. This class is open to anyone looking to gain or improve their skills in a leadership role.
