The SHRM Learning System course is a designed for concentrated study and preparation for the PHR/SPHR exam. Exam applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field at an exempt level in order to qualify to take the exam. Exams are conducted by HRCI, and take place twice a year on-line. HR professionals who take this course prior to taking the exam have a considerably higher rate of passing the exam than those who opt to study for the exam independently. The curriculum, designed by subject matter experts, includes application exercises that develop specific competencies and decision-making skills. By attending our course, you get the added benefits of an experienced instructor, interaction with peers, and a structured classroom environment that enhances learning and helps you stay on track. The SHRM® Learning System Course (PHR/SPHR Exam Preparation)

The SHRM® Learning System Course is designed to provide you with an overview of key areas in human resource management. Materials include six modules that correspond to the six functional areas, responsibilities, and associated knowledge as defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
