| The basic premise of Building Performance Institute (BPI) is that the house is a system and everything is connected. This course provides nationally recognized Building Performance Institute (BPI) training and Energy Auditor certification. The BPI Building Analyst classroom training covers topics relevant to home energy inspections and provide participants with the essential knowledge and credentials to perform a home or light commercial energy audit. At the conclusion of this course, participants will complete a 2-hour, 100 question written and a 2-hour one-on-one field examination to earn the BPI Energy Auditor Certification.This is a cooperative/contracted program with Everblue Training Institute - a leader in the development and delivery of educational programs related to sustainability and LEED accreditations. Everblue Training Institute is a recognized USGBC Education Provider. |

Field Training will include Audit Inspection, Blower Door and Manometer Analysis, Air Quality Testing, Combustion Safety and Weatherization Measures. Course will include with review, written and field exams for Certification as a BPI Building Analyst. |
