Music (B.A.) Teacher Certification
A music major with K-12 teacher certification is available to students desiring to teach in the public schools. It requires completion of the 63-hour major described below, completion of a 20-hour minor in an approved department and completion of professional development courses described in the College of Education section. Music Ed. students do not take EDL 305 or Psyc 315. Music Ed. students enroll for 10 crs. int student taching.
