Food and Beverage
All/any food and/or beverages you wish to have will be at your own expense. Please bring snacks with you, climbing is very physically exerting!
Suggested items to bring:
Refillable water bottle, miscellaneous spending money, and snacks!
What to wear for climbing:
Make sure you wear loose fitting clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in. Your clothes will need to fit under a snug harness. If you have long hair, its best to tie it back. We have rock climbing shoes for rent, but if you are more comfortable wearing your own shoes, tennis shoes will work to climb in. (Rock climbing shoes are recommended because they help maintain close contact between your feet and the wall.)
