Meet with a team of dedicated interns to understand the importance of health and wellness while in college.
This free program is a 4 week course that allows for group and individual education with experienced individuals studying in the health and wellness field. This program includes programs and workshops on nutrition, eating healthy in college, how to strength train, and overall wellness habits.
