Campus Ripped

Campus Ripped is for any fitness level!  It is designed to give you a complete total body workout for an entire week.  Every four weeks a new cycle will be posted with new exercises.  This helps keep your muscles guessing and avoids plateaus.  Doing different exercises every four weeks will also keep you from getting bored.  So what are you waiting for? Check it out, print it out, bring it to the Fitness Center and work it out!
