To request a vehicle for official SVSU use, you need to fill out a Vehicle Request Form, which can be obtained from Campus Facilities by calling ext. 4080. This three-part form must be signed by the director or dean, and all three copies of the form must be submitted to Campus Facilities/Motor Pool Department.
