- Installation: Charter will complete the installation of the Cardinal-Link service for a fixed cost of $49.95. From time to time, Charter will offer installation specials that will not be listed here.
- Other Services: Charter used to offer free email accounts and web space with these accounts but they have unilaterally retracted these services over the last couple of years.
Pricing and Service: The following chart compares the new SVSU & SPSD Cardinal-Link bandwidth speeds and costs to the Charter Pipeline Residential Services. The first speed number is the speed "down" or "to" your computer. The second number is the speed "up" or "from" your computer. All costs include the cost of the cable modem rental. There is no price break if you own and use your own modem.
For example, 5M/512 is a speed of 5 Million bits per second to your computer, and 512 thousand bits per second from your computer.
