Student Organizations

Currently, the Department of Biology actively encourages two specific, biology relevant student organizations:

• The Biology Club
  The purpose of the Biology Club is to promote study in the biological sciences through campus and community involvement. The Biology Club provides a social outlet for new students to become acclimated to SVSU and the Biology Department. The also provides students with extracurricular activities that will help build their credentials for further education and career opportunities.

• The Health Professions Association
  This club aids students in informing and preparing them for graduate school in the health professions.
