SVSU Defeats Findlay 8-1

UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich.-The Lady Cardinals tennis team defeated the University of Findlay by a score of 8-1. Saginaw Valley's singles players won all but one match on Sunday (October 13). Jennifer Spence (Saginaw, Mich. Heritage HS) picked up a victory at first singles to help led the Cardinals. Andrea Prociv (Jackson, Mich./Lumen Christi) won a hard fought match on third singles.
The victory ups SVSU's record to 5-6 on the year. This was the Cardinals last match of the season before the GLIAC Tournament on October 25-26 in Midland, Mich.
