Cardinals Fall to Saints

ADRIAN, Mich. - The SVSU women's soccer team suffered a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Siena Heights on Saturday (September 21). Siena Heights jumped out to a 5-0 lead before the Cardinals got on the board.
   Megan Shaughnessy (Lake Fenton, Mich.) scored the lone goal for the Cardinals with 2:28 left in the match. The loss drops the Cardinals to 1-5 on the season. SVSU returns to action on Friday (September 27) at 4:00pm when the Cardinals take on Madonna University in Livonia, Mich.
