Lyczkowski Named Honorable Mention All-GLIAC

UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. – Saginaw Valley State University senior volleyball player Valarie Lyczkowski (Temperance, Mich./Bedford) earned All-GLIAC honorable mention status as voted on by the conference coaches on November 15.
     Lyczkowski was part of the Cardinal program from 2000 to 2004. During her time at SVSU she played in 384 games and racked up 1,670 total attacks, 537 kills and an attack percentage of .207.  Additionally, she provided the Cardinals with 61 service aces, 47 solo blocks and 185 block assists.  Lyczkowski also ends her career ranked fifth all-time at SVSU with 937 career digs.  
     Lyczkowski has consistently been on the SVSU Student-Athlete All-Academic Team, sporting a 3.931 grade point average in the Winter 2004 semester.  Valarie is the daughter of Jeff and Sheri Lyczkowski.
