SVSU Women’s Track Named to the USTFCCCA Scholar Team of the Year List

EW ORLEANS, La. - NEW ORLEANS, La. - The Saginaw Valley State University women’s track and field team was named to the United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team list for the 2008-09 season. The Cardinals ranked 23rd overall with a team GPA of 3.327 for the year. Earlier this week Maggie Stalker (Oscoda, Mich.) and Leighann Dowell (Millington, Mich.) both recieved honors from the USTFCCCA for their performance on the track and in the classroom. [more»]
