Hanover Named Honorable Mention All-GLIAC

 BAY CITY, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has released the All-GLIAC teams for the 2006 women’s tennis season and the Cardinals had one selection for Honorable Mention in sophomore Katie Hanover (St. Johns, Mich.). Hanover played one singles for Saginaw Valley State and compiled a 4-7 record. She won three out of her first four singles matches to begin the season. Hanover also teamed with Maggie Dodson (Frankenmuth, Mich.) at two doubles for a 6-7 record. The tandem won their first four matches to start the season and also a point in the GLIAC Tournament against Mercyhurst in doubles. |
