Prior to SVSU: Prepped at Hemlock High School...was a three-year member of varsity softball, a four-year member of varsity track, and a one-year varsity member of basketball...was the team captain in softball, named to the first-team all conference, first-team all-region, and all-state first-team in her career under head coach Larry Graf...was a seven-time state qualifier in track, and was named the team's MVP...was the team captain in basketball and won the Class B MHSAA district championship...also received the All-Sports Award...an honor roll student all four years...received the Hemlock High School Teacher's Award/Scholarship.
