| Dore Named 2nd Team All Midwest Region |
| INDIANAPOLIS - Saginaw Valley State junior Kevin Dore (Bay City, Mich.) has been named to the Daktronics, Inc. Baseball All-Midwest Region Second Team today (May 13) as selected by the region’s sports information directors. Dore led the Cardinals with a .381 batting average, at one point in the season hitting lights out with an average above .400. His .438 slugging percentage was good enough for fourth on the team, while his .467 slugging percentage led the team. His 40 hits, as well as his 22 runs scored were good enough for fifth on the team. His 14 stolen bases were good enough for second on the team. Dore also was named All-GLIAC Honorable Mention by the league office at second base this season. |
