| Ladies Finish 16th at NCAA Regional |
 Big Rapids, Mich. - The SVSU women’s cross country team was without leading runner sophomore Becca Rudey on Saturday at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional and fell a few spots to 16th with a total of 457 points.Freshman Nicole Schmidt crossed the finish line first for the Cards and 69th overall with a time of 24:17. Jenny Phelan was just a few seconds off of Schmidt’s pace with a time of 24:46 which placed her 84th. Jenny Bellsky crossed at 25:02 and placed 95th.
