2007-08: Redshirted indoor season...finished ninth at the GLIAC in cross country with a time of 25:14 and finished 18^th at regionals with a time of 32:47...voted MVP at the Cardinals Award Banquet.

2006-07: Placed sixth in the 3000 meters at the Cardinal Indoor Open in a time of 8:59.48... finished fourth in the 1600 meters at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate Open (4:30.23)... took fourth in the 5000 meters at the DII Team Challenge with a time of 15:24.27... ran 4:29.70 in the 1600 meters at the Jack Skoog Open... placed third in the 1500 meters at the Northwood Open (4:05.65.)... finished fourth in the 10,000 meter run at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships (31:50.61).
