2007-08: Placed third in shot put at GLIAC indoor with a distance of 52'6" and provisionally qualified for the NCAA DII Chamionships...placed fourth in the shot put (52-11.50) at the Hillsdale "GINA" Relays...took fourth in the shot put (16.28 meters) at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2006-07: Finished second in the shot put at the Cardinal Indoor Open... placed second in the shot put at the Jack Skoog meet (51.07-00)... took fourth in shot put at the Indoor GLIAC (50-09.50)... placed first in the shot put at the Edmonds Invitational (50-08.75)... finished 18^th in the discus throw at the Outdoor Gina Relays (43.45)... took fifth place in the shot put at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships with a throw of 15.19 meters.

2005-06: Won the shot put at the Findlay Open... placed third at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the shot put... took first in the shot put at the Northwood Open with a throw of 49-11... took tenth place in the hammer throw at the Bulldog Invite... placed 18^th in the Discus at the Bulldog Invitational with a throw of 217-0... claimed fifth in the shot put at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate Open... placed first at the Cardinal Open in the shot put with a throw of 48-2.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Marysville High School... regional champion in 2003 in the shot put...
