2006-07: Finished 16^th in the mile at the Cardinal Indoor Open in a time of 4:38.25... took seventh in the 800 meters at the Indoor Collegiate (2:02.18)... placed ninth in the 800 meters at the DII Team Challenge with a time of 1:58.98... finished 21^st in the mile at the EMU Classic (4:29.62)... took third in the 1500 meters at the SVSU Outdoor Collegiate (4:06.6).

2005-06: Placed third in the 800 meter run at the Edmonds Invitational... ran a personal best of 4:07.4 in the 1500 meters at the Hillsdale Gina Relays... took 10^th place in the 800 meter run at the Jack Skoog Open with a time of 2:00.57.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Goodrich High School... compiled six varsity letters- two in track and four in golf... All Conference in the 1600 meter run and the 800 meter run during junior and senior year... qualified for state finals in the 800 meter run and the 1600 meter run... majoring in Exercise Science... son of Kirk Richards... born 06-28-87.
