GROSSE ILE, Mich. – The Saginaw Valley State University men’s golf team finished in ninth place overall at the Motor City Invitational, hosted by Wayne State University. MARQUETTE, Mich. – The Saginaw Valley State University men’s golf team finished in a tie for fourth place at the 2009 GLIAC Men’s Golf Championships, held on the Greywalls Course at the Marquette Golf Club. The Cardinals finished with a three-round score of +56 to finished in a deadlock with Ferris State University. Grand Valley State University claimed the 2009 title with a team total of 29-over par, 20 strokes ahead of tourney runner-up University of Findlay.[more»]
