Dennis Guastella is from Plymouth, Michigan, and teaches at The College of Art & Design, University of Michigan.  Dennis has a BFA degree in painting from Wayne State University and a MFA degree in painting from at Eastern Michigan University.  His work appears in numerous museums, universities and corporate collections.  His work has earned recognition in national and regional exhibitions.  Dennis also was awarded two Creative Artists Grants through the Michigan Council for the Arts.

Ron Teachworth is from Rochester Hills, Michigan, and teaches at Oakland Community College.  Ron has an MA in painting from Wayne State University.  He has been producing visual art in the Detroit area since 1968, and this includes producing artwork using a variety of different media.  In his art work his goal is to bring the viewer back to the experience, again and again.  As simply as possible, to create a sense of mystery using space, and light.

Both Guastella & Teachworth have extensive records of national, regional as well as local one-artist and group exhibits in southeastern Michigan since 1975.  Their works are included in public, corporate and personal collections.  They both have an active studio and work in a variety of scale and media, by executing fresh new abstraction in a historical context.
