Due to the vast amount of applications from the November 2017 deadline, we have our exhibitions scheduled until 2021. We are still accepting submissions, but there may be a delay between the submission and the Exhibition Committee response on submitted materials.
At the University Art Gallery, we accept exhibition proposals year-round: we consider all submissions for current and future exhibition seasons, and plan our schedules up to two years in advance. Out-of-state and International artists applying to exhibit will/may need to provide your own funding support. You will receive notification via e-mail when your application has been received and given a timeline as to when to expect a response about your submission.
Entry packages that do not follow the submission guidelines below will not be considered. You will be notified via mail, e-mail or phone once a decision has been made about your submission.
