SVSU ART FACULTY EXHIBITION

Artists Reception: Thursday, September 17, 4:30 - 6:30 pm

The Faculty Show includes work in all the major disciplines we offer at SVSU- photography, graphic design, drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, & digital media are all well represented. There are works from 14 different full and part-time members of the art faculty. Shaun Bangert, Tom Canale, Sara Clark, Barron Hirsch, Blake Johnson, Hideki Kihata, Mike Mosher, Matthew Zivich, Andrea Ondish, Terry Basmadjian, Sanford Buchalter, Phil Hanson, Dave Littell, Gary Rocha.  For more information on this exhibit.

"BEAUTY AND VULNERABILITY":
PAINTINGS BY ED WONG-LIGDA

Artist Reception:  Thursday, October 8, 4:30- 6:30 pm 

Ed Wong-Ligda is from Comstock Park Michigan, has an M.F.A in painting from Tulsa University, and is currently a Professor at Grand Valley State University. More of Professor Wong-Ligda’s work can be seen at his website www.edwong-ligda.com.

STUDENT BACHELOR OF FINE ARTS EXHIBITION 

Artist Reception:  Thursday, December 3, 4:30 - 6:30 pm

This exhibit will feature works of SVSU graduating art majors.  This exhibit will feature painting, drawing and sculptures works of these students. This serves as a completion of their B.F.A. program.  For more information on this exhibit.
