Complete your application online (preferred) or print your application and complete. A non-refundable application fee of US $75 (this includes the UPS shipping charge) must accompany any printed application being mailed to SVSU.

The following must be mailed to SVSU for your application to be complete:

• Statement and Evidence of Financial Support (original bank statement)
• Copy of passport page with name (when available)
• Official High School and College/University transcripts, translated into English (original document)
• Official results of the TOEFL (500 paper/ 173 computer/ 61 internet) or IELTS test (band 5.5)

English Language requirements for admission:

Admission to SVSU’s undergraduate degree program requires EITHER

1. A TOEFL score of at least 500 paper based, 173 cbt or 61 internet based OR
2. A band score of 5.5 on IELTS OR
3. Successful completion of SVSU’s English Language Program

Conditional Admission

Students without a TOEFL score or with a TOEFL score below the required score may be admitted to the English Language Program or conditionally admitted to a degree program. Upon successful completion of English requirements, those students conditionally admitted will begin their degree program. Students interested in conditional admission should choose “Both ELP and Degree Program” on the first page of this application.
