The SVSU Alumni Association is pleased to welcome three new members to its Board of Directors.
Dennis Buda, a Marysville resident, graduated from SVSU in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology. Dennis is a Supervisor of Assets, Fuel Supply Organization for DTE Energy. Sonya Dudley, a Saginaw resident, graduated from SVSU in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Sonya is Athletic Director at Arthur Hill High School. Scott Hagenbach, a Saginaw resident, graduated from SVSU in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Scott is a Financial Consultant with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
Each was elected to serve a 3-year term on the SVSU Alumni Association Board of Directors, effective May 15, 2006. The SVSU Alumni Association congratulates Dennis, Sonya and Scott on their election to Board of Directors.
Re-elected for second term were: Roselyn Argyle, a Hemlock resident, who graduated in 1966 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology; Vicente Castellanos, a Freeland resident, who graduated in 1975 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology; and Trisha Stantz, a Birch Run resident, who graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice.
The SVSU Alumni Association congratulates Roselyn, Vicente, and Trisha on their re-election to the Board of Directors and expresses its appreciation for their contributions over the past three years.
Board Members whose second term expired in May 2006 were Christine Greve, Arthur O’Neal II, and Jack Werner. Each served for six years on the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
During her years on the Board, Christine served as President, Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee, and served on the Anderson Award Selection Committee. During his years on the Board, Arthur served as Chair of the Awards and Scholarships Committee, Secretary of the Executive Committee, and served on the Landee Award Selection Committee. During his years on the Board, Jack served as Vice-President of the Executive Committee and served on the Membership Committee.
The SVSU Alumni Association expresses its appreciation to Christine Greve, Arthur O’Neal II and Jack Werner, for their participation and efforts on behalf of the Alumni Association.
