Pre-Agriculture & Natural Resources
SVSU has articulated an agreement with Michigan State University that allows students interested in pursuing Agriculture to complete the first two years of college at SVSU, and then transfer to MSU’s College of Agriculture & Natural Resources to complete the Bachelor of Science degree.
Below is a list of current MSU programs that SVSU students who complete the Pre-Agriculture program may enroll and graduate in:

- Animal Science (with options for Agribusiness Management, Science, or Pre-Veterinary)
- Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering
- Technology Systems Management
- Community, Agriculture, Recreation, and Resource Studies
- Agriscience (with options for Agribusiness Management, Animal Science, Fisheries & Wildlife, Food Industry, Horticulture, or Teacher Certification)
- ANR Communications (with options for Agriculture or Natural Resources)
- Park, Recreation, and Tourism Resources
- Environmental Studies and Applications
- Construction Management
- Crop and Soil Science
- Environmental Soil Science
- Entomology
- Fisheries and Wildlife
- Food Science and Human Nutrition
- Forestry
- Horticulture (with options for General Horticulture or Horticultural Landscape Design, Construction, and Management)
- School of Packaging
