Mathematics
The Department of Mathematical Sciences offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Teacher Certification, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Mathematics. Minors are also available in each of these areas.
Why SVSU?

- The Math Resource Center is available to all students at any level, where free tutoring is available, as well as help with individual assignments.
- The SVSU Regional Mathematics and Science Center provides the leadership and support for improving mathematics and science education throughout the region for preschool through higher education in both public and private institutions.
