Preparation for admission to the MSOT program (requires completion of required General Education courses and prerequisites for a minimum of 80 credit hours)
SVSU offers a five-year program leading to the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (M.S.O.T.) degree. The program combines theoretical courses with extensive clinical experiences within Mid-Michigan. Graduates of the program are eligible to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination. Occupational therapy will relocate when the new Health and Human Services building opens in the Fall of 2010, complete with state of the art laboratories and classrooms.
