Melissa Garmo
Melissa Garmo is currently pursuing a doctorate in the Department of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. She earned her B.S. in Biopsychology from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver. She has previously taught Introduction to Criminal Justice and Research Methods at Michigan State University.
Research interests: Law and Society, Courts, and the application of psychological knowledge to criminal justice issues including jury decision making and expert witness testimony.
Teaches: Criminal courts, Human Relations and Diversity, and Introduction to Forensic Psychology
